I need to run 4 miles tonight. My plan is to do 8 times: .25 miles & 8mph, .25@4mph
but that may be overly ambitious. At any rate I'll make sure I put in the distance. I'm going to run on the treadmill because the cold is too daunting for me.
I didn't end up running Monday night. This was due in part to the weather (took me an extra hour and a half to get home) and helping my mother with her computer (took an additional hour).
I did swim on Monday during lunch but that really isn't going to help me with the half-marathon.
