Inspired by my fellow runners in the Lake to Lake Relay, I woke up at 5 am and ran 3.5 miles. Later at lunch I ran another 1.5 miles.
By the recommendation of my Triathlon trainer, I'm taking fish oil, flaxseed oil, and glycogen. My joints feel better. I'll be consuming protein shakes before my workouts.

Thursday
I ran 4 miles in 46.14.20. I sprinted the last lap. Next time I plan on sprinting the last two laps. And I'll gradually add a lap to sprinting on the end of my distance so that I'm always improving my speed.

Tuesday
I ran 4 miles at the field house in 43:38.43 during lunch. I was slow but I put in the distance and its about time.
Mon Night
I ran 2 miles@6mph on the treadmill. I should be running 4 miles but I ran at 10p. I wasn't going to go to sleep without running. Today I'm going to run during lunch at the field house.
